There is an exciting opportunity for Liverpool to be provided with mobile fully disabled accessible Changing Place from Aiming High for Disabled Children, which could be used across the city for various events / outings / weekends away.
Changing Places are specially designed toilets with extra features and more space to meet people with profound and multiple disabilities, as well as other serious impairments such as spinal injuries, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis or an acquired brain injury. You can visit the Changing Places website at: http://www.changing-places.org
As part of the Consultation we would like to ask you a few questions:
- Would you have use for a mobile Changing Place facility?
- Would you be willing to pay for the hiring of this facility?
- If so, how often would you envisage using a mobile Changing Place?
We would be really grateful if you could take the time to complete the above questions to assist in our consultation process and email them back to one of the above email address by Wednesday 21st April, 2010.
