Key operational liaison protocols have been established as follows:
- City Central BID is represented on the City Centre Officers Group and the newly formed City Centre Joint Action Group (JAG) and will use these forums to initially highlight any concerns over baseline service performance for environmental services and crime and safety services respectively.
- An ‘Event Protocol’ agreed with the Liverpool Culture Company to ensure that event activity does not clash and is of consistently high quality.
- Operational procedures have been agreed with Liverpool City Council’s City Centre Neighbourhood Team.
- City Central BID is a participant in the ‘Risk Management Programme’ being co-ordinated through Liverpool City Council. The programme has been set up to facilitate the coordination of all the planned physical works in the City Centre.
